职位描述
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from screening, qualifying to evaluating candidates for a possible match, scheduling interview.
• Engage in the overseas talent acquisition project, focus on high-end overseas technical talents attraction and retention.
• Assist with new employee training program and other training projects.
• Design and implement company culture events such as annual dinner, holiday celebration events and other employee care plan .
• Support HRBP on tasks when required, such as HR policy & procedure enhancement etc.

职位要求
•Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Human Resource and business-related is preferred
• Relevant recruitment experience, multinational company working background will be preferred
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
• A passionate team player, detail-minded, able to deliver under tight deadline and pressure

• Fluent spoken and written English
