Job responsibilities:
1.Answer customer calls/solve customer problems online.
2.Provide customers with business consulting and answering.
3.Customer complaint handling, customer advice and other services, and solve problems for customers in a timely manner.
4.Have the opportunity to become a language trainer.

1.College degree or above.
2.Native in English or Russian. Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus
3.Good at communicating with people and have a good attitude.
4.Customer service experience is preferred.
5.Positive response, responsibility and team spirit. (Fresh graduates are welcome.)
